About Team Squared Brooklyn

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that focuses on what happens when a fight inevitably goes to the ground. It's excellent for self defense, sport based competitions, confidence, and fitness. At Team Squared in Brooklyn, CT, we can provide the training that anyone can benefit from, whether it's you or your child.

Jiu-Jitsu is for everyone. We welcome all ages, fitness levels, and grappling experience from other sports. Please contact us for more information or stop by during one of our class times to try it out!

The benefits of Jiu Jitsu are unlimited. With our Women's-only class, we invite you to join other women in beginning OR continuing your Jiu Jitsu journey. Jiu Jitsu helps us to push our limits, face our fears and develop resilience. Our monthly Self-Defense Seminars are designed to enhance personal safety and build confidence. The specific objectives of our self-defense training are to teach basic self-defense techniques, increase awareness of personal safety and reduce the risk of harm. Attendees are expected to leave with improved self-confidence, light physical conditioning with the techniques taught, and safety awareness.
